This is third most popular trekking region in Nepal that lies just north of Kathmandu. Trekking here offers the opportunities to explore Tibetan style ethnic villages, to view Himalayan flora and fauna, to climb small peaks and to visit glacial at a comfortable low elevation. Less frequented by trekkers, the region offers wilderness experiences without being too taxing in the midst of wilderness and most scenic areas in Nepal.
